Most orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your mattress leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a trial period for your products?
Yes, we offer a 100-night trial on all our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality, you can return it for a full refund within this period.
What kind of warranty comes with an OTTY mattress?
Every OTTY mattress is backed by a 10-year structural warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or significant dipping in the foam or spring layers.
How is the mattress packaged for shipping?
Our mattresses are compressed, rolled, and vacuum-sealed into a compact box. This makes it easier to move through hallways and up stairs before unboxing.
Can I use an OTTY mattress on my existing bed frame?
Absolutely. Our mattresses are designed to work on any flat, sturdy surface, including divans, slatted frames, and adjustable bases.
Do you provide a mattress removal service for my old bed?
